Prior to the challenge I was feeling sluggish and unmotivated. I knew I needed to do something and this started exactly at the right time for myself. 

I went to eating healthy, cutting carbs and sugars down, which gave me the energy and motivation to incorporate daily intentional movement. 

It wasn’t long and I noticed my clothes fitting better, I was sleeping better and enjoying life more. 

Just start! Teamwork makes the dream work!
