Our JuuvaFIT healthy challenge was just a jumpstart to a healthier life. By changing my eating diet and incorporating exercise, I feel really good…I feel good about my body, mental, spiritual and overall health and wellness. Being a part of a team kept me accountable and motivated. I loved the JuuvaFIT and Challenge.
